Our studio is located in Tower B Fera Residence, Wangsa Maju. We are by appointment only and not open to the public as walk–in place. Please inform us of the pickup time and be on time upon pick up.

If you are not able to collect your order from our studio by 5.30 pm (Monday - Saturday) or 3 pm (Sunday) the order will be kept overnight and you would need to collect the order from us the next day (10.00 am - 5.30pm).
Failure to pick up or receive the cake on the scheduled date will incur a storage fee of RM 20 per day, for a maximum of TWO days.

Type in Fera Residence into Google Maps. It will lead you to the drop-off point at Fera Residence lobby. Once you arrived, please inform us and we will meet you.
Grab/Lalamove/ Go Get/ 3rd Party Drivers
Please book a car instead of a motorbike to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition. Our desserts need to be transported by car with the AC on high.
The runner can quote your order number or name clearly as they will need to present it to us in order to collect your order from us.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to any customer-transported desserts once it has left our studio. It is advisable that the driver takes a picture of all the items of your order before and after delivering them to you.
We do not make any delivery arrangement or book the third-party delivery on behalf of customers if you already opted for self–pickup and not be able to pick up.
Care For The Dessert
If you are picking up your order from our studio, please handle it with good care.
Keep the cake box on the floor of your car with a full-blast air conditioner and away from direct sunlight. Try to avoid putting it on the seat as it can cause the cake to slope during transportation.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to any customer-transported cake once it has left our studio.
Change From Delivery to Pickup
We are not able to change your order from pickup to delivery.
Remain your order for self-pickup and arrange for your own 3rd party delivery service like Go Get/ grab/lalamove car to collect the order from us. (See point 3)
Last minutes cancellation is not possible. Any cancellation must be made 5 days before order date.
