Cancellation and Refund Policy

“Item” and “Items” include cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and all products offered by Oh Daily Dessert.
“We” and “Us” represent Oh Daily Dessert and all its personnel.
Return & Exchange of Item
All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges of orders once your order has been processed eg. item has been prepared or the delivery has been arranged.
Cancellations of orders need to be requested via the amendment request form (can be found on the Contact Us page of our website) at least 5 days in advance for all items and deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation of orders is not possible:
- On the day your order is due for delivery/pickup.
- If your order has already been processed (eg. cake has been prepared, the delivery has been arranged) at the time we see your request for cancellation.
To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 3 hours upon delivery (shouldered by customer) of your order and be subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our team.
Please note that products should also remain in the same packaging and the same way as delivered which are unused and untouched.
When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons why are you requesting a return or refund.
We will notify you of the status of your refunds within 4 hours.
Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by receiver absence, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
A full refund will be issued if you cancel the orders 7 working days before the order is due.
Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective, we are unable to offer a refund if you do not like the taste of the food item purchased. We stand by the quality and taste of the items we make.
Full refunds will never be given for any dessert which has been consumed regardless of dispute, as consumption of the desserts is viewed as your acceptance that the dessert is adequate for the purpose for which it has been supplied.
Because of the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any dessert that is not picked up or delivered within 24 hours after the due time.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Where it is concluded by Oh Daily Dessert upon their investigation that the damage/defect occurred solely by fault of our team, the driver we used, or during the delivery, a full or partial refund or exchange of items will be given, whichever Oh Daily Dessert, in their absolute discretion sees fit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
Oh Daily Dessert will not be held liable for any damages to the product sustained during the delivery process or once it had left our premises. (Read more on our Delivery Conditions here.)
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Mishandled or Damaged
You are responsible for ensuring an appropriate environment for the bakes after they left our studio. Please refer to HERE (FAQ CARING CAKE).
Should damage occur to the bakes through no fault of the Oh Daily Dessert, customers may request us to fix the bakes prior to the event start time. However, there is an additional charge and the payment must be made at the time the bakes are being fixed.
